What are the methods and timing of order processing?

If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 72 hours.

For orders that have more than one item, for out of stock or for products that need a long preparation process, the time may vary from 5 to 10 days.

Shipments take about 48 hours for Italy, 48-72 hours for the European Economic Community and about 5 to 7 days for shipments outside Europe. We ship exclusively with DHL for EU and non-EU areas.

What are the return policies?

Our return policy is 14 days from the delivery of the item. If it is our mistake, we will replace the item as soon as possible or return the amount paid in full. To err is human, but our priority is to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

The right of return expires after 15 days from delivery.
