Reverso Moto delivers its products to all European Union countries and worldwide with DHL.
The shipping costs are charged to the customer and vary depending on the destination.
The products are delivered via a carrier chosen by Reverso Moto to the shipping address provided by the customer when ordering.
Delivery can not be made either in hotels or post office boxes.
Delivery times will be modulated in relation to the type of product purchased and specified to the customer in the above confirmation e-mail. These times are not binding, as they may vary due to production times.
For this deadline to be met, the customer must ensure that he/she has provided accurate and complete information on the delivery address. In no way, after the product has been duly dispatched, may Reverso Moto be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in dispatch. In case of absence of the customer at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier as soon as possible to agree on a new delivery and its modalities. Any liability of Reverso Moto for any disservices, delays or omissions in delivery, attributable to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure is excluded.
The Customer may not use a courier other than the one used by Reverso for its shipments. Unless an express request is made prior to confirmation of the order. However, Reverso shall not be liable for any damage incurred to the items during transport. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from our premises.
